Recruitment Consultant - Perm Division

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - WHITE COLLAR CONSTRUCTION

About the Company

We are a dynamic Recruitment Company who specialise in the Construction sector throughout the UK. Formed in 2020 we have had a fantastic start to our journey and we are now looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our Manchester Team.
We currently operate from 2 locations in South Manchester and York and are looking to expand our footprint further.

About the role

This is a position where you will be required to source commercial staff (Quantity Surveyors, Estimators and Buyers etc) for our clients for permanent positions. As such having experience working within the white collar sector would be preferred but having experience placing candidates into permanent positions is essential.
This would be a 360 role and so would incorporate client meetings, business development and also resourcing suitable candidates, we do have a progression plan which would allow you to bring in a resourcer to support your growth.

About the candidate

The successful candidate will require the following skills:

  • Recruitment experience, ideally in white collar construction, but perm experience is a must;
  • A good phone manner;
  • Good Organisational skills;
  • Hard working;
  • An ability to build relationships/rapport;
  • Strong admin skills.

This role would be suitable for candidates with various levels of recruitment experience, who want to forge a career for themselves within a growing business and have a passion for success.
